Extra Hardware Warranty Service

If you decide to buy a new device from the school, you may opt for the Local warranty and service which includes the following services in the school premises:

• Hardware repair support excluding any type of misuse or physical damage such as broken screen, liquid spillage , lost charger...
• Device Pickup and dropoff from / to the school during the repair period.
• Support with any software related issue such as installing new software required by the school and password reset.
• A replacement device will be provided, for free, until the device is repaired. This will ensure that the student can return to the classroom with a device.
