1. CTS will provide on-site support at the school premises
2. A replacement Device will be given to students if their laptop cannot be fixed within 1 hour 
3. Warranty Valid from Sept 2019 until June 2020

1. Office 365 (License Valid from Sept 2019 until June 2020)
2. Windows Pro Education
3. Frog Learning Management Software (License Valid from Sept 2019 until June 2020)
4. Classroom Management Software (License Valid from Sept 2019 until June 2020)
5. Anti Bullying Software (License Valid from Sept 2019 until June 2020)
6. Anti Virus Software (License Valid from Sept 2019 until June 2020)
7. Installation of the above Software and connection to the school network
