 Hardware Golden Warranty: 

1. CTS will provide on-site support at the school premises
2. A replacement Device will be given to students if their laptop cannot be fixed within 1 hour 
3. Warranty Valid from 1st Sept 2020 until 30th June 2021

1. Above prices subject to 5% VAT Tax
2. Laptops are purpose-built for Educational Use and Manufactured on Demand. Delivery will be done within 10 days of payment
3. Cancellation done prior to delivery will incur 15% cancellation fee. 
4. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery and in same NEW condition received in. Contact our office to get Return Authorization Number. Returns subject to 20% fee. 
5. No Returns are accepted after 3 days of delivery
