1. CTS will provide on-site support at the school premises
2. A replacement Device will be given to students if their laptop cannot be fixed within 1 hour 
3. Warranty Valid from 1st Sept 2020 until 30th June 2020

Includes the following Annual Licensed Software starting 1st Sep 2020 ending 30th June 2021: 

1. Microsoft Office 365
2. Windows 10 Pro Education
3. Netsupport DNA
4. Netsupport Classroom Management
5. Single Sign On Solution
6. Installation of the above Software and connection to the school network

Terms and Condition: 

1. Above prices subject to 5% VAT Tax
2. Cancellation before installation and activation will incur 15% cancellation fee. 
3. No Returns are accepted after installation and activation
